Home Cleaning FAQ's
Our standard rate for home cleaning is $35 per hour. We save clients by having efficient methods which save time and also by not over servicing. We have several clients who are happy with a fortnightly clean and are already saving money!
Of course! We can provide a list similar to that used by property managers in a real estate office. This can be agreed to at the commencement of a job. A job can range from a regular home clean to a full spring clean, or a very thorough exit clean at the end of a tenancy to ensure you get your full bond back.
We stand behind our work and want you to be more than satisfied with our work. In the unlikely even of a problem, we will attempt to rectify it at our expense if we have been at fault. Octagon is a member of the Australian Cleaning Contractors Association and they can be used in the unlikely even of having to resolve a dispute between parties.
We accept cash, bank cheque or bank transfer. We can provide our banking details and supply a tax invoice.
